We offer our 24/7 technical support plans to any users who purchase Rivendell workstations and/or server hardware from Paravel Systems and to those who use our Rivendell Broadcast Appliance installation disc image to install Rivendell and the Linux operating system on their own hardware.

All Paravel Systems turn-key Rivendell Workstations come with the first year of Technical Support included in the purchase price. 

In order to quality for support, we do require that support be purchased for all of the Rivendell workstations and file servers attached to your system.  Support cannot be purchased for only part of your system.

Technical Support Coverage Plans Include

• 24 hour Telephone Access in the Event of Off-Air Emergencies
• Non-Emergency Telephone & Email Support during business hours
• Our Engineers will use Remote Access Software to Assist you (remote network access must be provided by client) 

Support Pricing

$995 per workstation or server per year.  The minimum support term is 12 months and can be renewed annually.  Payment is due before the start of each support term.
